This is how the pellet boiler works
An integrated suction turbine sucks the pellets into the storage container. From there, the pellets are transported via a dosing screw to the discharge rail and fall onto the burner grate. An automatic hot air ignition ignites the pellets. The DCC® combustion control system, with lambda probe and air mass sensors, controls the combustion process. The lambda sensor controls the timing of the dosing screw and the oxygen supply. This ensures clean combustion in every performance range. The heat exchanger transfers the energy of the hot combustion gases into the water. The combustion system and the heat exchanger are cleaned automatically.

Safety turbine
The storage container is filled automatically using a Suction turbine. This consists of a rotating drive motor and a single or multi-stage turbine part with a tangential or radial outlet.
The suction turbine works similarly to a vacuum cleaner. The Pellets are sucked in through a delivery hose using airflow. Strictly speaking, the turbine does not suck in the pellets but instead transports them into the vacuum-tight suction tank through the resulting negative pressure, where they are transported by the pellet screw into the combustion chamber of the boiler.
Lambda probe
The Lambda probe measures the oxygen contained in the exhaust gas. The measured value is then passed on to a controller where it is compared with the oxygen content in the atmospheric air. The controller then determines the oxygen requirement for optimal combustion. The air flaps on the boiler are then controlled accordingly.
