Discharge with the pellet screw
Discharging with a pellet screw is a popular method of pellet transport that is particularly suitable for elongated storage rooms. The pellets are conveyed by the screw from the storage room to the suction point and sucked off from there. The suction hose and the return air hose are attached to the auger head on the left and right using the clamps provided.
A wall recess (220x220 mm) is necessary for this type of discharge.
For this type of storage, a sloping floor of 45° is essential. The storage can be completely emptied as the pellets slide evenly.
The pellet screw is available in lengths of 1500 mm, 2000 mm, 2500 mm, 3000 mm and 3500 mm. Divisible versions are also available on request. The hose radius must be at least 25 cm.
